Shipping Confirmation

Customs and Import Taxes

For orders outside of the United States, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.

Address Changes

If you wish to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at info@lumarilights.com. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect at a collection point, we reserve the right to charge return and reshipping costs.
